All in all everything was great, had a really nice stay for a business trip. The staff were incredibly nice and took care of me. My room with kitchen and microwave, as example was large and well-organised, had good night's sleep. I loved spending time here.

Excellent location and awesome suite!

We had no heat the first night and when we called front desk he tried to fix it the second night but still didnt work. The halls were warmer than our hotel room. Also when we booked on line we booked for 2 nights and when we got there they only had us there for one. The front desk was very helpful and moved stuff around so we could stay the second night.

the room was clean, spacious, and had a full kitchen with all the amenities. it surpassed my expectations and didn't have that musty hotel smell. the location was also great, only a few miles from the amphitheater and close to many restaurants and corporate businesses.

Key card had trouble opening back door.
